Training

All FibreTech UK Ltd engineers staff are suitably trained and qualified for all works within their designated workstream. All Senior Engineers will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar environment and will be equipped with full PPE.  We pride ourselves on offering all staff training and career progression opportunities and all our senior fibre engineers are products of our own training regime.  We are currently training 3 more trainee fibre engineers, 2 analogue engineers and 2 activation engineers.

The safety of our staff is of paramount importance to us and listed below are the minimum course qualifications we insist every member of staff achieve, depending on duties.

Safety Training undertaken includes:

• NRSWA Aaccreditation up to Supervisory Level

• CSCS - Construction Skills Certification

• Plasma Training - Access Platform

• Confined Spaces qualification

• First Aid Training

• Explosive & Asphyxiating Gas Testing

• Work at Height training

• RF Awareness

• Roof Top Access
